I'd like to think that being a creative professional is my calling in life, but, given the obnoxious undertones of that thought, I quickly recoil from it. Besides, what would that even mean and how would I even know? Let's say that I get a very palpable dopamine rush when I lay my eyes on a gorgeous font; or that I’m helplessly awed by outrageously clever copy; or, that I linger longer on the ads in magazines than the articles… then yeah, I guess maybe this stuff is my calling.
